The band’s discography includes three studio albums: “Niepoprawna muzyka” (2011), “Miszung” (2013) and “Anieli śpiewają” (2016), their songs appeared also on several music compilation albums, such as “Folk się gro”, “W stronę krainy łagodności”, “Ballady i niuanse”, three of „Dobre piosenki” series, „Moja Kraina Łagodności” and others. The most important area of the band’s artistic performance are their concerts which always receive a very good and energetic audience response. Chwila Nieuwagi’s music was guest to many prestigious Polish stages (e.g. National Centre of Polish Song in Opole, The Agnieszka Osiecka Music Studio of Polish Radio, The House of Music and Dance in Zabrze or Woodstock Festival Poland) and also to the new famous Czech club Heligonka.
The band’s artistic work is difficult to categorize, forming a blend of various musical styles, often described by Chwila Nieuwagi with a Silesian word “miszung” meaning muddle, racket, hustle and bustle. This word “miszung” represents what is the essence of the band’s music: medley of jazz and poetic ballad with a modern touch of Silesian folk music.
