These four bandmates lay out their vision of trance with danceable music open to the world. Ndiaz presents hybrid music that knows no borders with sounds of Brazilian forró, Middle Eastern jazz, Indian rhythms and Romanian doina, skilfully distilled through a Breton filter.
With the album Son’Rod, the band extends its musical refinement further into new regions of feeling with wider-ranging compositions, intense lights, twirling sounds, tribal spirits and urban energy. The record is tribute to constantly moving musicians who easily bloom into different musical contexts.
