Fons Hickman

Fons Hickmann 

A German designer, typographer, writer, Fons Hickmann serves as a professor at the Berlin Arts University.

His studio M23 belongs among one of the most prestigious agencies, having received more than 200 International awards, including the German, European and American ADC Award, muscovite Golden Bee Award, iF Gold Award or the Joseph Binder Award. Fons Hickmann focuses on creating complex communicational systems, corporate design, poster graphics, and web design. Fons Hickmann and his studio organized the opening exhibition of the first graphic design museum in the world in Breda, Netherlands. The “European Graphic Design Championship” exhibition was then inaugurated by Queen Beatrix herself. Recently, Fons Hickmann has become increasingly involved in publishing – from photography and media theory through football and pop-culture.
